Rapper Mentioned In Jimmy Henchman Case 1:30PM ET June 2nd, 2012 Contributor : Erica Moore A Rocky Williform Company Rapper Slim the Mobster has been implicated in the ongoing drug trafficking trial of James "Jimmy Henchman" Rosemond. The DEA claims that there are ties between the former hip hop manager and the Compton rhymer.
DEA prosecutor Steven Miller testified in court yesterday that Rosemond claimed that one of Rosemond's cocaine contact, known by the alias "Superman," reportedly sold bricks of cocaine and assault rifles to Slim the Mobster.
According to AllHipHop, the prosecutor said that Rosemond and Slim maintained a relationship through 2008 after Slim supposedly sold Rosemond a firearm. The association crumbled after Slim was accused of stealing $250,000 from Rosemond’s brother.
Slim's newly-released song "Take It Like A Man" denies the accusations brought against him.
