As if Jay-Z didn’t already have enough on his plate (music, clothing, fatherhood), he’s throwing cognac connoisseur under his list of titles. During a private event in New York City Wednesday night, Mr. Carter helped Bacardi introduce their newest drink D’usse (pronounced dew-say).
The brown liquid will hit shelves next month at a price sippers and alchies can toast to: $44.99 per 750-ml bottle. While the cognac sector is dominated by Hennessy, Remy Martin and Courvoisier, there is no doubt that the Hov-cosigned spirit will be making a splash.
