Producer Owes Over $700,000

 Superproducer Sean Garrett is in hot water with the IRS. The hitmaker has worked with many of music's biggest names, but he reportedly owes a large sum of money to the state government for back taxes dating back to 2006.
According to the Georgia Department of Revenue, Garrett owes roughly $732,553.57.
The government has reportedly ordered BMI to withhold all royalty money owed to Garrett and turn it over to pay the debt.
Garrett joins a seemingly-endless line of celebrities to run into major tax issues over the last several years. |
