Hip hop superstar Rick Ross is headlining a benefit concert taking this place this week in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The Miami-based rapper is teaming with celebrity barber/promoter Lenny “The Barber” Hansen and his LTB Entertainment to produce the event, which has been dubbed “MMG Invasion.”
Meek Mill, French Montana, Future, Travis Porter and newcomer Miss “Ghetto Elevator” Rae are also expected to appear.
“Our objective is to inject a sense of hope into the Hip-Hop community that will empower young fans with the desire to prosper” said Lenny The Barber. The concert will benefit the charity Team Hope, which was created by NJ State Assemblyman Benjie E. Wimberly to help families facing poverty.
The event takes off on May 11 at Boardwalk Hall.
