Missy Battles Lamborghini Dealer

Rapper Files Lawsuit Over Luxury Vehicle 8:30PM ET July 10th, 2012 Contributor : Chris G. A Rocky Williform Company Rapper Missy Elliott is embroiled in a legal battle with Fox Valley Motor Cars. The star filed a lawsuit in Florida against the auto dealer, claiming that she entered in an agreement to buy a 2012 Matte White Lamborghini Aventador for $376,000. According to the lawsuit, made a down payment of $30,000 in cash and her 2005 Bentley. However the dealership never shipped the Lambo, which Missy was supposed to receive by mid-year. According to reports, Missy was told the terms of the deal had changed because the market value of the car had risen. Missy is suing for possession of her Lambo and additional damages resulting from the dealership's breach of contract.
