Reality Star Faces Suit Over Her Book 6:00AM ET July 13th, 2012 Contributor : Erica Moore A Rocky Williform Company Publisher Farrah Gray is suing reality star/Lil Wayne baby-momma Toya Wright for not promoting her own book. Farrah Gray Publishing handled the book, Priceless Inspirations, and says that Toya hasn't held up her end of the deal.
Gray claims that Toya has engaged in "...direct, contributory and vicarious inducement of copyright infringement, unfair competition and breach of contract," and wants $1 million and court costs and attorney fees. He also alleges that Wright sold her own book without contacting the publisher.
Toya says there's no truth to these claims.
"Mrs. Wright consistently went above and beyond her contractual obligations which included: Self- funding a college tour promoting Priceless Inspirations, Cross promotion of her Ampro endorsement by placing the book cover on Ampro products nationwide and allowing Farrah Gray Publishing the platform to promote her book on her highly successful reality show on Black Entertainment Television," her reps said via statement.
