Rapper Expected To Serve 18 Months 3:30PM ET July 14th, 2012 Contributor : Stephen Willis A Rocky Williform Company Rapper Young Buck was sentenced on Friday (July 13th) to three years in prison after his conviction on weapons possession charges. Born David Darnell Brown, Buck was arrested for possessing weapons as a convicted felon. He'd been convicted after a stabbing incident in 2008.
On Friday, Buck was sentenced to serve his two counts concurrently, so he is expected to spend 18 months in jail.
"With the judge not considering my history to subtract some time, I'm just thankful for what time I do have," Young Buck said.
