Prosecutors Want Rapper To Serve Three Years 5:00PM ET July 11th, 2012 Contributor : Martin James A Rocky Williform Company Beanie Sigel's sentencing for failing to file federal income tax returns is scheduled for this week. The rapper pleaded guilty earlier this year to not filing for 2003 through 2005. It remains to be seen if the court will have any mercy on the former Roc-A-Fella rapper. It is being reported that prosecutors are seeking the maximum allowable sentence: three years in prison. Born Dwight Grant, Beans earned more than $1 million in net income during those years and owes approximately $348,077 in taxes. Read more
