Cee-Lo Tapped For Film Role

Rapper Appearing In ''Can A Song Save Your Life?'' 8:30PM ET June 29th, 2012 Contributor : Rayna Dean A Rocky Williform Company Rapper/singer/songwriter Cee-Lo Green has been cast in an upcoming musical drama called Can A Song Save Your Life?. Variety reports that the film is being directed by John Carney and will feature the judge from "The Voice" in the role of Troublegum, a well-known hip hop star. Maroon 5's Adam Levine, Keira Knightley, Mark Ruffalo, Hailee Steinfeld and Catherine Keener are also among the cast. The film is set to begin production next week in New York City.
