 Olympic gold medalist Gabby Douglas has captured the hearts of many Americans. Notable superstars congratulated the 16-year old on her Olympic performance and achievement, becoming the first African American to win the gold in all-around gymnastics.

Oprah tweeted, "OMG I'm so THRILLED for Gabby. Flowing happy tears!! #TeamUSA." And rapper Nicki Minaj: "*kisses to Gabby* what an amazing little firecracker. #USA #Olympics."
