According to reports, Buck agreed a plea deal with prosecutors to serve 18 months in jail after the IRS raid on his home in Nashville back in 2010.
Buck pleaded guilty to possessing firearms and ammunition as a convicted felon.
IRS agents reportedly recovered firearms at his home during the raid to repossess belongings over an unpaid $300,000 tax debt. Buck has been prohibited from carrying a firearm ever since he was convicted of assault with a deadly weapon after he stabbed a man at the VIBE Awards back in 2004.
