According to TMZ, the Biebs had an altercation with a photographer who attempted to take his picture while at a mall in Calabasas, California on Sunday.
The injured photographer called 911 and named Bieber, who was not found at the crime scene, as his attacker. While the pap was taken to the hospital after complaining of pain in his torso, he was released soon after.

According to witnesses, the fight broke out when the photographer blocked Bieber's car, preventing him from leaving and Bieber got out of the car and asked the man to move.
Witnesses are also claiming that after the fight, a lawyer told the photographer that he should call an ambulance and file a police report because he would be able to get "a lot of money."
