Tim Dog Featured On "Dateline"

Rapper Scammed Woman Out of $32,000 1:30PM ET June 6th, 2012 Contributor : Chris G. A Rocky Williform Company Veteran rapper Tim Dog will be featured on NBC’s “Dateline” this week. The hip hop star was caught scamming a woman out of more than $32,000 in an undercover sting operation. The woman, Esther Pilgrim, is sharing her stories on "Dateline." In September, the rapper, born Timothy Blair, pleaded guilty to grand larceny in Mississippi. He was sentenced to five years of probation and must pay $19,000 in restitution to Pilgrim. Noel Stehling set up a meeting with the rapper and wore a hidden camera. The Bronx-born Tim Dog is most famous for the song "F**k Compton," one of the first songs that eventually led to the mid-90s East Coast/West Coast rap feud.
