Agency Drops Suit Against Rapper 6:00AM ET June 25th, 2012 Contributor : Stephen Willis A Rocky Williform Company The lawsuit that was filed against rapper DMX by booking agency Heavy Rotation has been dismissed its size able lawsuit against DMX. The agency filed a $630,000 suit against X, but dropped it without explaining why.
According to TMZ, Heavy Rotation filed the suit back in March of 2012 claiming that it had an exclusive deal with DMX for the rapper to book international tour dates for a year through them.
X's travel was limited due to a lien being placed on his passport, which kept him from leaving the country. Heavy Rotation previously claimed to have lost nearly $750,000 on the deal.
