Juicy J & DJ Paul Face $50,000 Lawsuit

Three 6 Mafia Members SuedThree 6 Mafia members Juicy J and DJ Paul have are facing a lawsuit due to their failure to appear at a concert in Orlando, Florida. Promoter Micah S. Carver filed the suit against J, Paul, Lord Infamous and Tear Da Club Up Tours, LLC. He claims they were booked for an April 2011 show and never showed up for the performance.
The suit claims Juicy J and DJ Paul blew off the concert to “attend another activity and appear on VH1 subsequent to executing the agreement.”
Three 6 Mafia also reportedly never returned a $9,000 advance for the show. Carver is suing for $50,000 due to expenses and loss of income.
